I still remember the two sessions of antenatal classes at the school auditorium. The content was mainly about breastfeeding, of course it was as this medical centre is well known for its advocacy for breastfeeding. The lecturers shared about the common problems that mothers would face and the preventive methods mother could try to reduce the risks.
Now that I am breastfeeding, although partially, I know the pain which some mothers had and were going through. I am so fortunate to have a supportive husband who agrees with my decision to do partial breastfeeding. He is definitely someone I can whine to every day. Sometimes, that might be the most important thing for new mothers. *smile*
We had a some Japanese food after the class, the food was surprisingly good.
